Open Call for Special Issue Editors

field is an internationally renowned, peer-reviewed, open access, indexed journal based at Sheffield School of Architecture.

field aims to support a wide range of research, pedagogy and writing on architecture and landscape, urban and interior space. We particularly invite interdisciplinary discourse that combines architecture and urbanism with other arts, humanities or social sciences disciplines. We invite submissions from guest editorial teams or individuals (academics, researchers, artists, activists and practitioners) who have an excellent idea for a field: special issue. We are particularly interested in themes that deal with pressing decolonial, social and environmental  issues from a global perspective, ideas of equity and care, and research that promotes the values and importance of the architectural humanities.

Please note there is no remuneration for editors from the journal.
